I tried this with gluten free toast and it worked out fairly well. Because it's not a buttery or richer flavored bread like challah, the recipe needs an additional flavor books somewhere if you go gluten free. I'm thinking of using one of those specialty half and half flavors next time.

Oh gees. Can someone sub in the recipe posting? I emailed her twice previously and she said she was posting and now her blog is gone? Ive been ill and prepping for a birthday party and havent had a chance to bake this yet.
