Hello! I am from the BAKED Sunday Mornings group. Although I really would have enjoyed this more during the holidays they are a wonderful and tasty cookie.
I can't comment on your post, so I'll say that mine are about as thin as yours...hubby likes thin and crispy for this type of cookie so he's happy. And I was also thinking about using these as a crust base...if it were fall time they would be great as the crust for a pumpkin cheesecake, for example. Your star shape fits this spice cookie recipe well.
Here's my post from the Baked Sunday Mornings group. I'll spend some time going through others from my group to see how their spicy cookies turned out...we're eating ours now and loving them.
