I made my tart yesterday, and as a heads up, it was an all day project. I would suggest making the filling the night before to break up the work. Also, my filling didn't firm up as much as it should have (even this morning, it's still a bit runny). I'm not really sure what went wrong, but just follow the directions carefully!
