  1. I made these back in September and they were delicious. The peanut butter component is very reminiscent of the center of a reese's peanut butter cup. It has that that slightly gritty texture, which in this recipe, comes from the graham cracker crumbs. I splurged and used Guittard chocolate, though I think you could easily use Lindt or Ghiradelli's and still have a great result. Don't forget to add the melted butter like I did...I was wondering why it was so dry. Luckily I realized my error and the peanut butter mixture came together nicely once the butter was added. The recipe makes a lot of candies...I want to say I got at least 60. Definitely a winner for the chocolate/peanut butter lovers!

  2. These were very yummy! I had trouble getting them to look pretty. I got the hang of it after awhile, but had a few bad looking ones. Then again, I'd rather have an ugly but delicious candy than a pretty looking, bad tasting one :)
